After playing at every venue from Madison Square Garden to somewhere in London to the Super Bowl Half-Time Show, McCartney said his career would feel incomplete until he played on Old Campus.
A living legend, McCartney now joins the ranks of sure-to-be Rock N’ Roll Hall Of Famers T-Pain, Lupe Fiasco and Passion Pit.
When asked about opening for Macklemore, Paul told us that sharing the spotlight is nothing new for him. “At least Ringo won’t be there,” he added, “he and Macklemore have hated each other since ours days in Liverpool.”
Macklemore, a legend in no way, shape or form, was thrilled to hear the news: “I’m gonna pop some tags…this is fuckin’ awesome.”
I’m excited, and I hope you are too. If not, go to Brown’s Spring Fling because it’s going to be dope.
