This afternoon, Quinnipiac University, located in nearby Hamden Connecticut, announced that it is canceling classes tomorrow due to the snow on the ground that won’t go away.
A source from Jewish summer camp forwarded the Bullblog an email from the QPac administration:
>Quinnipiac University ’15
>Athletic Training and Physical Therapy Student
>Athletic Training Sophomore Class Representative
>From: QU News <QU.News@quinnipiac.edu<
>Date: Sunday, February 10, 2013 2:11 PM
>Subject: QU News Alert: University closed Feb. 11
>The University will be closed on Monday, Feb. 11. All classes are canceled and all offices >will be closed.
Since we live in practically the same city, we can only hope that Yale’s administration will follow suit as many students are finally able to get out of their front doors. We love the movie Snow Day (our first experience with disaster porn), and ever since, we’ve fantasized about the endless fun of cancelled school days. But truthfully, the Bullblog is indifferent: it’s not like anything’s open.
