Occasionally, the Bullblog likes to venture outside of the Yale bubble to give you a sense of the world beyond campus. To accomplish this goal, we present Bullblogslist — a regular feature spotlighting various Craigslist posts to paint you a picture of the diverse interests and offerings in New Haven.

Our inaugural post comes from the ‘wanted’ section of New Haven’s Craigslist. The item in question? Chainsaws. Lots of ‘em. “Running not running all conditions.[sic]” Is this poster New Haven’s very own Leatherface? Or just a connoisseur of chainsaws? Can it be both?

Your guess is as good as mine. But if you find yourself with one or two too many chainsaws this fall, you know whom to contact. Or, you know, not.
