This Saturday at Toads, you’ll have a chance to brush up on more than just your dance moves. For your safety and protection, Toads is hosting a self-defense workshop. No, silly, not a how-to on defending your butt from rando crotches (though Toads would be an appropriate venue). But, like, actual self-defense, eg. eye-poking and groin-kicking the bad guys.

The workshop takes place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Toads. No registration necessary, and a light breakfast will be served. The workshop is sponsored by Pi Phi in conjunction with the Women’s Center and Sig Ep (none of whom are teaching the workshop, fortunately. They’re bringing in a professional). Of the three co-sponsors, only two groups and one gender will be allowed to attend. Sorry bros, you’ll have to wait ‘til the PM to get your Toads on.
