The early admits to the Yale Class of 2014 are hearing back from Ma Yale right—now! This of course inspires a curious mix of dread, nostalgia, confusion and loathing at Bullblog HQ… dread because the arrival of the young means we will soon be old; nostalgia for hearing that Bulldog croon to us, only to us, that Friday afternoon; confusion because it really does not feel like three years have passed since 2006—and loathing, because the admittance of 2014 means there will be yet another 1300 people here very soon who will not have already gained the freshman 15 20 this coming September.
