When I was perusing the Bullblog’s Google Analytics report this evening—always one of my favorite parts of the day—I came across a strange anomaly. Every day, a bunch of people visit the Bullblog by clicking on links from Facebook, Twitter, Google, IvyGate (Thanks, Alex & Daniel!)… the usual suspects. But yesterday, in addition to all those luminaries, I saw a huge surge of people pouring in from College Confidential—in particular, from this thread on Yale’s friendliness to straight men. I just want to assuage the fears of all you worried Yale parents out there: Yale has plenty of straight men, some of whom are even homophobic. Almost all the men here are straight, rumors to the contrary aside. But keep on commenting, fogfog et al! The more times you write angry screed like “Dude, the Herald is an absolute joke,” the more times the thread gets “bumped” to the top and the more future Yalies read the Bullblog!
