When googling “Mischa” “Barton” “Yale”, you learn from what I hope (for her sake) is not her official site that she has dreams of attending the Yale School of Drama! I mention this only because she has relatively nothing to do with our fine university, and, if that little nugget is in any way based in reality, it’s hilarious.

That being said, Mischa will be making her post-breakdown comeback tonight in the Ashton Kutcher-produced CW show, The Beautiful Life: TBL. I personally have been rooting for Mischa since her epic performance in the Disney Channel movie adaptation of Madeleine L’Engle’s “A Ring of Endless Light” back in 2002, and I’ve missed her on the small screen since the OC. The show (based on the lives of models, both big and small — DRAMA!) also alerts us as to how to abbreviate the show’s title, which bodes well in my opinion. In any case, I’m used to such a high standard of work from the CW (90210, One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl) that I have really high hopes for TBL and Mischa. Truth.
