Don’t get me wrong, I would still freak out if an act like MGMT or Regina Spektor was chosen to perform at Spring Fling ’10.  But don’t think for a second that the words Backstreet Boys didn’t catch my eyes on the Spring Fling survey.  I would literally die.

Now, the Boys, who are currently traveling around the world on their post-reunion This Is Us tour, may very well be a survey decoy, a little bit of misdirection so that nobody notices when we suddenly end up with a Spring Fling list that includes Dashboard Confessional and Modest Mouse.  But let’s hope not.

In fact, let’s not just hope, let’s make it happen.  Take the survey here if you haven’t already.  Or if you have.  There doesn’t seem to have been anything stopping me from submitting my answers three times already.
