Nozlee Samadzadeh has an excellent summary of a very Twin Peaksian Wild Game Dinner this past Saturday evening over on the always eloquent YSFP blog, which I would urge you all to read. I attended the dinner as well, and it was delicious and strange and beautiful—I think I may have taken the picture of the goose sausage in her post!
