The Jersey Shore’s Yale adventure

Beloved MTV reality show Jersey Shore offers a voyeuristic depiction of Guido/ette life and all its trappings: the artificial tans, the meticulous coifs and the sexual bravado. Like all great reality television, however, the show succeeds primarily on the merits of its outsize personalities, and the Jersey Shore delivers like nothing I’ve seen since Flavor of Love.

You may already have heard that Vinny will be partying and mingling at Elevate on Thursday.  Rest assured, the Bullblog will be in attendance and delivering detailed coverage. Vinny’s MTV.com profile describes him as a “self-confessed mama’s boy and natural entertainer” who is “ready for a wild time with no boundaries.” It’s going to be awesome, maybe even more awesome than this year’s Calhoun Screw, which also took place at Elevate and featured two open bars.

Now, sources at Gotham Citi (on the corner of Church and Crown) confirm that at some point this weekend they will be playing host to Snooki (pictured below), who describes herself as the “Princess of Poughkeepsie” and might just be the most compelling character on the show–which puts her in the running for most compelling character on television.

The exact date of her club appearance has yet to be determined–Gotham Citi could only confirm that it would be either Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Keep checking the Bullblog for an update on when the Princess of Poughkeepsie will be holding court.
