Will the YDN one day cease to exist? Will future readers only have the Bullblog to turn to for breaking news? Will this apocalypse take place on December 21, 2012??

Paul Needham can breathe a sigh of relief: in an article about the future of print journalism, New York made reference to the Yale Daily News as the local source that brought the Annie Le case to the nation. So, it appears that the YDN will remain safe for another day from the irresponsible, unreliable beast that is online journalism. What a relief.
